On January 1, 1995, Pushkar Raj Thakur was born in New Delhi. Pushkar Raj Thakur started his professional career at the young age of 17. By then, he had amassed a million dollars in total. His life took a significant turn when he was in the ninth grade. When the instructor entered the room one day, she said that we would be conducting an activity today in addition to studying. He's
not at all that interested in studying. He gave the 12th board examination. He
passed entrance exams in engineering and medicine as well, but in the back of
his mind, his dream kept telling him to work harder so he could become famous
and wealthy. Additionally, he knew that if he took engineering and medical
fields, he could not make enormous money in it because he is not good at
studying, which is why he chose to become an entrepreneur. Thus, he told his
father of this. Initially, the father disregarded, this maybe believing from
reading certain articles or books that Pushkar Raj was saying this, but he was
unaware of how serious Pushkar Raj was about his life. Once more, he approached
his father and expressed his desire to start something and become an
entrepreneur. Then, a heated argument broke out between Pushkar Raj and his
father.
Pushkar Raj’s father believed that the
seventeen-year-old boy wanted to become an entrepreneur. However, the father
agreed in front of his son's admiration and said, "What do you want to
do?" Next, Pushkar Raj answered, "I'm going to take communication
classes, but my father worries about who will come to this 17-year-old son for
speaking and communication classes." His father wants him to be successful
in life and to take government examinations such as the IAS and IPS after
completing his studies. However, Pushkar Raj made the solid decision to open an
institute focused on speaking and communication skills. For this reason, he
began looking for a location for his classes. And within 2 days, he got a
pre-made classroom where classes are already taking place, but for some reason,
they want to close these classes.

The Institute's Inception: From Idea to
Reality
Then, on the very
first day of classes, one student came up. Over time, this number went up, and
in just a couple months, Pushkar Raj's classes were being attended by more than
100 students. Pushkaraj received his fees of Rs. 1000 from his first student,
and he now earns an adequate income. However, he is still unhappy in some way
since his ambitions are too high. So one day he decided, Why not start teaching
additional subjects in his classes as also? In order to start taking classes in
all subject areas in collaboration with other teachers, he approached many of
the greatest professors in his city to establish the 60–40 profit sharing rule,
and in just a few months, at the age of 18, he started 4 branches of his
classes.
He started to build
and grow his business and is now making money without taking classes by himself
because other teachers are working there. Now he understands how to run a
business and what B in business and he hasn't stopped there. He approached many
universities and institutions for workshops on leadership and communication
skills, but none of them took him seriously because he was only eighteen years
old. Following a series of setbacks, the principal of a girl's school agreed to
organize a workshop on leadership and communication skills, and Pushkar Raj
delivered a lecture. Later on same day, Pushkar Raj's phone rang, and when he
answered, the principal of the school where he had given the lecture said she
was impressed with his workshop and wanted to conduct more lectures on
communication skills. Things are starting to change gradually now that schools
are approaching Pushkar Raj to conduct programs. He thereby established a
unique identity in the arena of education. Subsequently, he began to provide
corporate training. However, the fact that there aren't daily workshops means
he has spare time, so he chose to start something different. He still doesn't
make enough money to rank in the top 1% of earners. So he created a thorough
training program using his all-around experience in leadership and
communication techniques.
Lessons Learned: Failure
as a Stepping Stone
Pushkar
Raj once had a house meeting with a buddy who works in sales and marketing. In
essence, his acquaintance engages in commercial networking. When he arrived at
his friend's house, he heard his friend conversing with his distributors. He
sat down in the same spot and began to listen in. After they had done talking,
his buddy asked Pushkar Raj, "You train students, why not my
distributors?" Pushkar Raj then gave a 20-minute session, which was well-received
by everybody. His friend then makes the suggestion, "Why don't you train
distributors in the market so you can make a respectable living off of
it?" Enter in this market, build network, mentor distributors, assemble a
team, and develop your distributors. Pushkar Raj followed his friends advice.
However, nobody approached him, not a single distributor came to him, so after
90 days, he realized that this business was not going to work, and he packed up
the business.
Resilience and Redemption: A New Beginning
He calls his friend, who happens to be
his coach, one day. A friend then questioned Pushkar Raj, "Why are you
quitting?" Do you have the skills to attract distributors? Have you put
any effort into it? Subsequently, Pushkaraj acknowledged his error in entering
this field without adequate preparation. His friend then suggests that he take
some psychology courses. After that, he picked up these abilities and began his
networking business once more, and this business eventually took off like a
rocket. After quitting the firm once because there were no distributors, he is
now making over a lakh rupees a month and has risen to the top of the industry. Then, Pushkar Raj used these earnings for investing because,
